Planners, productivity hacks, and bullshit affirmations won’t fix procrastination if your identity is flawed and your self-worth, belief systems, and emotional management are out of whack; if your nervous system is shot, confused, and reacting to every relevant task like it's an attack; if your fear of judgement outweighs your ability to take action. And you certainly won't end up achieving the goals of the woman you want to be...
